Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications, emails, and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar updates
• Assist with data entry, document creation, and file organization
• Support billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on tasks and deadlines
• Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello)
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred but not required)
• HIPAA knowledge or willingness to complete training
